AI industry advisory council

Help set the standard you will be judged by.

We are inviting employers, assessors and AI practitioners onto the AI Industry Advisory Council. Members shape what AIQQA qualifications require before any of it is fixed. There is no fee and no obligation to adopt anything.

What members do

Real influence, modest commitment.

Review draft units

Review draft units

Read proposed unit outcomes and tell us where they miss what the work actually demands.

Test the evidence model

Test the evidence model

Judge whether the evidence we intend to collect would convince you as a hiring manager or assessor.

Keep it current

Keep it current

Flag changes in practice and tooling so the standard does not date the moment it is published.

Membership

Who we are looking for.

Employers

Organisations whose people already use AI on work that matters, in any sector.

Assessors & trainers

Practitioners who will have to make judgements against these criteria in practice.

AI practitioners

People building or deploying AI systems who know where capability claims break down.

Time commitment

Roughly one review round per quarter, asynchronous, plus an optional session.

Cost

None. Membership is unpaid on both sides.

What you get

Early sight of the standard, credit as a contributor, and influence before publication.

Register interest

Put your name forward.

Tell us who you are and how you work with AI. We will come back to you with the current draft and what we would want your view on. Registering interest is not an application for a qualification.
