Who signs the work?
AIQQA Editorial

Somewhere between the prompt and the finished deliverable, responsibility for the outcome does not vanish — it stays exactly where it started, with the person who put their name to it. A model cannot be held answerable for a decision. Only a person can.
That sounds obvious stated plainly, and yet the language around AI-assisted work keeps drifting toward passive constructions that quietly erase the human in the loop: \"it was generated,\" \"the model suggested,\" \"the tool flagged it.\" Every one of those sentences is missing a subject who was accountable for checking before it shipped.
Every AIQQA qualification requires the candidate to state, in their own words, what they are answerable for. Not what the tool did. What they are willing to stand behind.
